How many patches come with my tote or crewneck?
Every tote and crewneck includes 5 embroidered patches. Want more? Extra patches are $12 each.
Can I add my initials?
Yes. Add up to 3 A–Z letter patches for a monogram, and mix them with your design patches.
Can I choose where my patches go?
Yes. Use the "Where should your patches go?" box on the product page and we'll place them exactly how you describe. Leave it blank and we'll arrange them for you.
How long will it take to get my order?
Every piece is made to order and hand-applied, then ships in 7–10 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $75. Adding just one extra patch to a tote or crewneck gets you there.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece is custom made just for you, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your patches, initials and size before ordering.
